  • How can I contact your customer support?

  • Are there any age restrictions for purchasing gin?
    You must be of legal drinking age in your country to purchase from us.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    No, not at the moment. Alcohol being subject to many regulations, we do not have yet the authorizations to sell outside Luxembourg.
  • Can I track my order?
    Once shipped, we provide a tracking number and link for monitoring your delivery. Please note that we need some time before your order is place to ship your order. If you haven't received your tracking number within 48h your order was placed, please contact our customer service at contact@entrenousgin.com
  • What is your return and refund policy?
    Contact us within 3 days for damaged/incorrect items. Refer to our Return Policy for details.
  • How do you ensure the quality of your gins?
    We have selected each of our providers very carefully by reading their quality charter. Some of our products are hand-picked so we are able to select only the best products in that case and hadling them with the best of care. During the production of our gins, we only use appropriate equipment for alcoholic products which are carefully cleaned before each use. Appropriate storage conditions have been set-up in order to keep our products safe before selling them.
  • What is Entre Nous Gin ?
    Our product range « Entre nous » aims to offer you a unique experience with your loved ones. Our goal is to make you discover new flavours and the gin in all its aspects. To do so, we mainly use seasonal products, partly hand-picked by our distiller (and her family) while stocks last. Our priority to produce only small batches based on the availability of raw material is part of a production process that aims to respect the natural environment, which means to take only what it gives without overexploiting it. All of our products are limited editions, so don’t wait any longer to order them before stocks run out! If you did not manage to order the bottle you wanted, subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about our new releases of our next gin, so you can pre-order it!
  • How can I place an order?
    To place an order, browse our website, add desired gins to your cart, proceed to checkout, provide shipping info, and complete payment.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit/debit cards for secure transactions. We do not yet accept PayPal payments.
  • Can I cancel an order after it's been placed?
    Contact our customer support as soon as possible to request a cancellation, subject to certain conditions.
