1. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return.
- Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping address.
- Ensure that the returned item(s) are in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
2. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping charges (both initial shipping and return shipping) are non-refundable.
- Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at contact@entrenousgin.com. Provide details and photos of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the situation promptly.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@entrenousgin.com with your order number. After 24 hours, we might not be able to cancel the order as it may have already been shipped.
